2015 F1 Singapore Grand Prix: Get Ready to Party at Amber Lounge with apl.de.ap, F1 Drivers and Miss Universe Singapore

Sep 16, 2015

Amber Lounge – arguably the most prestigious F1 after-party in the world – is taking place in Singapore this weekend on September 19 and 20. Here’s what you can look forward to:

Apl.de.ap of Grammy award-winning hip-hop supergroup The Black Eyed Peas will be performing live! With album sales of over 76 million copies – making them one of the best selling groups of all time – and chart-topping hits such as “Where Is The Love” and “I Gotta Feeling”, Apl is set to ignite the Amber Lounge stage. Then, dance the night away to the sounds of international DJs from Monte Carlo, Ibiza, Tel Aviv and more.

Look out for not one, not two, but seven Formula 1 drivers on the fashion runway. Esteban Gutierrez (Ferrari), Stoffel Vandoorne (McLaren), Carmen Jorda (Lotus) and Raffaele Marciello (Sauber) will be among the drivers putting their best foot forward, spiffily togged out in British menswear label Ted Baker’s AW15 collection. They will be accompanied by international supermodels dressed in hot new Singapore label, Chi Chi von Tang, which will be making its exclusive debut at Amber Lounge.

Catch a glimpse of the soon-to-be crowned Miss Universe Singapore 2015. And more eye candy will come in the form of S$10 million worth of diamonds on display, as well as a one-of-a-kind S$190,000 diamond fragrance.

Oh, and congratulations to the winners of the Amber Lounge contest on silverkris.com – Jevons Ang and Joanne Chin. See you at the party!

And if you’re going to the race, do post your images with the hashtag #SilverKrisExplorers. We’ll do a round-up of the best pics next week.
