In its latest move towards more environmentally friendly operations, Singapore Airlines has launched a trial for the introduction of a paperless cabin.
An electronic version of the Airline’s three inflight magazines – SilverKris, KrisShop and KrisWorld – can be found on its award-winning KrisWorld inflight entertainment system. The feature will first be made available on two Boeing 777-300ERs before being introduced to other aircraft operating the Panasonic eX2 inflight entertainment system. This initiative may be extended to menu cards and other publications at a later date.
