Legendary chef Charlie Trotter (right) has announced that his eponymous restaurant will be closing in August after 25 years of serving well-loved modern American cuisine, not to mention his groundbreaking raw food menu. Chef Trotter, who will be taking a sabbatical for personal pursuits, assures that Charlie Trotter’s will continue dinner service from Wednesday to Saturday, until August.
